PRIVACY NOTICE

Version 2026-10-17. Last updated: October 17, 2026.

Controller and scope

Espacios Comunales, S.A.P.I. de C.V., operating under the Reurbano brand, is responsible for the processing described in this notice. Our address for these purposes is Zamora 15, Colonia Condesa, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City. For privacy matters, email info@reurbano.mx.

This notice covers reurbano.mx and opportunities.reurbano.mx, our forms, newsletters, email and WhatsApp inquiries, event registrations, and job applications. It is issued under Mexico's current Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, enacted in 2025. Real estate transactions, investments, employment relationships, and other services requiring additional information may have a separate notice identifying the responsible entity and its purposes.

Data we process

Depending on your interaction, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, organization, interests, messages, communication preferences, and event registration or attendance details. When you apply for a role, we receive your CV, experience, education, and the information you include in your application. When you inquire about a property or investment, we process the information you choose to share to respond to that inquiry.

We also collect technical and browsing data, such as IP addresses, device and browser identifiers, pages visited, interactions, campaign sources, and security logs. We may take photographs or video at events as described below. Our general forms do not request sensitive personal data. Please avoid including health information, identity documents, banking details, or other unnecessary data. If a process requires sensitive or financial information, we will explain its purpose and obtain any required consent before collecting it.

Necessary purposes

We use your data to respond to requests; follow up on inquiries about projects, housing, properties, investment, or collaboration; organize events you register for and send operational information; evaluate applications for roles you apply for; maintain a record of our responses; prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; and meet legal obligations. We may use automated tools to classify messages, identify spam, and route inquiries to the appropriate team. You can request human assistance at info@reurbano.mx.

Optional purposes and consent

With your permission, we may send the Reurbano newsletter, project updates, invitations, and other promotional communications; retain your application for future roles; or use your identifiable image in event publicity. These purposes are optional. Declining does not prevent us from handling your inquiry, application, or event registration.

Sending an inquiry, contacting us on WhatsApp, or attending an event does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Subscription is requested through a voluntary option or a dedicated subscription form. Historical attendance records do not automatically become a marketing list. We will request separate authorization to retain your CV in a talent pool or use your identifiable image for promotional purposes.

You can stop marketing emails through their unsubscribe link or by writing to info@reurbano.mx. To withdraw other permissions, such as CV retention or promotional use of your image, write to the same email address. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending responses you requested or necessary operational communications. Withdrawal does not have retroactive effect and may be subject to legal retention obligations.
