When ReUrbano acquired Havre 83, the Juan Segura building had had a "for sale" sign for more than two years. Since then, it has been a seed for new business, growth and expansion. ReUrbano's first offices were in Havre, when the firm was just two partners and three employees. At the same time as ReUrbano, BUNA - Café Rico started its business venture in the building. Once the brand was consolidated, they moved to the Roma neighborhood and have maintained their coffee production facility in the Doctores neighborhood. Thus, Havre 83 has continued to activate and develop successful micro-economies.
