A POSITIVE AND SUSTAINABLE IMPACT
For more than fifteen years, we have invested in neighborhoods that continue to preserve their existing urban wealth while encouraging regeneration and recycling. This approach enhances equity value and allows us to capitalize on the opportunities that Mexico City has to offer in a unique way. Each of our projects comes together through a collaborative effort that intertwines a variety of perspectives, disciplines, and proposals.
We are aware of the impact that each of our architectural and urban decisions have on the daily lives of our urban environment. ReUrbano emerged as the result of constantly and critically questioning the conventional models of real estate development. Our goal is to rescue properties with the aim of contributing to a better, more vibrant, active, diverse and blended city.

IMPROVING THE CITY
Each intervention in the city seeks to improve it in several ways, from revitalizing abandoned spaces to the construction of a new building. Interventions bring a sense of renewal, promote social cohesion and the participation of citizens. We visualize each project as an opportunity for continuous improvement, with a dynamic and progressive territorial approach and the means to enrich the urban experience for everyone.

HERITAGE
The idea of preserving heritage is rooted in resisting oblivion. ReUrbano successfully outlines strategies to preserve and redefine the properties of its projects and also addresses the programs and the neighborhoods that surround these properties.

Our methodology transcends the profitability, aesthetics and functionality of a building. We measure our impact on the immediate environment: the sidewalk, the streets and the activity in both to stimulate an open dialogue for a shared vision of the city among clients, partners, collaborators, neighbors and visitors.

We seek to reactivate neglected neighborhoods and create better places to live and work. We create these spaces little by little, project by project and street by street as a cumulative effort that seeks to promote a better quality of life.

Reurbano is the result of 15 years of work of Mexican entrepreneurs who are passionate about Mexico City, and believe that, by investing in properties with great designs and architecture linked to the amenities that the city has to offer such as parks, theaters, and areas with convenient access to public transportation, a positive contribution to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of Mexico City is possible.

TOWARD A CITY
This book tells a small part of what it means to "make a city" from the point of view of ReUrbano, a laboratory that seeks to have a positive impact on the city. Each project is the result of a collaboration of perspectives, disciplines, proposals and conscious real estate development to invest in neighborhoods and rescue the pre-existing urban richness to favor regeneration and recycling, raising equity value and appreciate the virtues of Mexico City.
