MILÁN 44

COL. JUÁREZ

Located at the heart of the historic Juárez neighborhood, Milán 44 is a vertical mixed-use building that transformed a preexisting structure. Previously used as a warehouse and auto parts shop, the building now harbors a new program that includes restaurants, offices and a multiuse terrace.

This project is an example of urban recycling and reactivation, in which the program is determined not only by typology but by the connection that can be formed between a building and its surrounding community.

Here at Reurbano, we understand the city as a living and mutable ecosystem that can be transformed through new social dynamics. By establishing a dialogue between built heritage and contemporary architecture, we develop spaces that generate value in their neighborhoods and a sense of belonging in their users.

With each of our projects, we seek to reactivate the space used by different models of social regeneration through urban architecture and design.
