HAVRE 77

COL. JUÁREZ

This project by Reurbano consisted in the intervention of a heritage building to satisfy current market demands through a contemporary architectural language. Along with Havre 69—a project that had previously been redesigned on the same block—the building’s new use transcends its walls, overflowing into the street, block, and neighborhood, and so reactivating the area and generating new social dynamics.

Havre 77 is a commercial-use project that harbors restaurants on the ground floor and flexible office spaces on the upper levels, including a new tower in the back of the building that was constructed to be used as a work space.

Here at Reurbano, we understand the city as a living and mutable ecosystem that can be transformed through new social dynamics. By establishing a dialogue between built heritage and contemporary architecture, we develop spaces that generate value in their neighborhoods and a sense of belonging in their users.

With each of our projects, we seek to reactivate the space used by different models of social regeneration through urban architecture and design.
