EDIFICIO DONDÉ

Colonia Juárez

Located along Mexico City’s historic Bucareli avenue, Edificio Dondé is a project that seeks to take part in the neighborhood’s energetic urban life by mixing a street-accessible commercial area with residential units on the upper floors.

Designed by renowned architecture studio Cadaval & Solà Morales, the building is made up of four volumes that are united by a central patio, allowing natural light and ventilation to seep into the apartments. In order to create a series of private and shared-use open-air spaces for residents, the architects placed terraces on different levels.

Más de setenta viviendas—de 56 a 200 metros cuadrados se ubican dentro de los seis niveles de Edificio Dondé, ofreciendo amplias vistas al monumento del Reloj Chino y a los edificios históricos que abundan en la zona.

Here at Reurbano, we understand the city as a living and mutable ecosystem that can be transformed through new social dynamics. By establishing a dialogue between built heritage and contemporary architecture, we develop spaces that generate value in their neighborhoods and a sense of belonging in their users.

With each of our projects, we seek to reactivate the space used by different models of social regeneration through urban architecture and design.
