Havre 77 is an urban recycling and redensifying project, which joins the previously designed and built Havre 69 project. It goes after an idea of a growing neighborhood that builds new layers of history, and new relationships between the city, the neighborhood, the old houses and the new residents of the central city.

Havre 77 is meant for commercial use, with restaurants at the ground floor and two floors dedicated to office space, occupied largely by the creative and cultural industry, the existing mansion has been restored. Finally, where previously there was a patio and a lightweight structure, a new tower intended for work has been erected.

This Reciclaje Urbano intervention reclaims historic spaces to meet current needs. It achieves this by using a contemporary language which incorporates old layers into the new city, generating new symbols and meanings.
